Orders & delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders placed before 2 PM on a working day are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery normally takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code. You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay — there are no charges added afterwards.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partner, checkout will tell you before you pay.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or sign in to your account to see the status of every order.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
All methods available to you — UPI, cards, net banking and wallets — are shown on the checkout page. Payments are processed on Shopify’s secure, PCI-compliant checkout; we never see or store your card details.
Returns & refunds
Something arrived damaged or leaking. What now?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo of the parcel and the product. We will replace it or refund it in full — your choice. An unboxing photo or video helps us settle it faster.
Can I return a product I have opened?
Because our products are food and personal-care items, opened or used packs cannot be taken back for safety and hygiene reasons. Unopened packs in their original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Products
What does “cold pressed” actually mean?
The coconut is pressed at a low temperature, without heat, chemicals or solvents. Nothing is bleached or deodorised afterwards. That is why the oil keeps its natural coconut aroma and its cloudy white look below about 24°C.
My coconut oil has turned solid. Is it spoiled?
No — this is normal and is actually a good sign. Pure coconut oil solidifies below roughly 24°C and turns clear again in warmer weather. Neither state affects quality. Stand the bottle in warm water if you prefer it liquid.
Can I cook with the virgin coconut oil?
Yes. It suits everyday sauteing, tempering and baking, and works equally well on skin and hair.
How should I store it?
In a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the cap tight and use a clean, dry spoon — water in the bottle is what shortens shelf life.
Where do I find the manufacturing date and shelf life?
Both are printed on every pack, along with net quantity and the full ingredient list.
Is the coconut flour gluten-free?
Coconut flour is naturally free of gluten. It absorbs far more liquid than wheat flour, so start by replacing about a quarter of the flour in a recipe and add extra liquid.
