Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping charges
We currently offer free shipping on all orders. Shipping charges and offers may change from time to time. The applicable shipping charge, if any, will always be shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery time
- Dispatch: Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of being placed.
- Delivery: Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your location.
Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery to remote areas, or delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes or other events outside our control, may take longer.
Order tracking

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for most pin codes in India. A COD fee applies to COD orders, and the exact amount is shown at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
We reserve the right to decline or disable COD for any order or pin code, including for customers who have previously refused COD deliveries.
Address and delivery attempts
Please make sure your shipping address, pin code and phone number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If an order is returned to us because the address was wrong, or the customer was unavailable or refused the delivery, it will not be eligible for a refund of shipping or COD charges.
Damaged on arrival
Please check your package when you receive it. If a product reaches you damaged, report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos, as explained in our Refund Policy.
