This website is operated by Indomitra Farm Products Pvt Ltd ("Mitra", "we", "us", "our"), SF No. 212/5A, Door No: 7/95-5, Uthupalayam, Arasur Village, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641407, India. By visiting this website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use this website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

2. Products and information

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Our products are natural and cold pressed, so colour, aroma, texture and taste may vary slightly from batch to batch and from the images shown. Product images are for illustration only.

Our products are food and personal care items. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read the label, directions for use and ingredients before use. Do a patch test before applying any oil to the skin or scalp, and consult a doctor if you have allergies, a medical condition, or are pregnant.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and shipping charges may change without notice. The price payable is the one shown at checkout when you place the order.

We accept online payments through our secure payment partners and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. A COD fee, if applicable, is shown at checkout. We do not store your card or bank details.

4. Order acceptance and cancellation

An order is confirmed only after we accept and dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, there is a pricing or listing error, the delivery address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraudulent or unusual activity. If we cancel a prepaid order, we will refund the full amount.

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping, refunds and replacements

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except where a product is received damaged, as set out in our Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Mitra name, logo, product names, images, text and design, belongs to Indomitra Farm Products Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. User conduct

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, uploading harmful code, placing fake orders, or posting false, abusive or unlawful reviews or content.

8. Third party links and services

This website may contain links to, or use services from, third parties such as payment gateways and courier partners. We are not responsible for their content, policies or actions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any reaction or result arising from use of a product contrary to its label or directions.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website and the personal information you provide are governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, the details of our Grievance Officer are:
