Shipping & Delivery

This policy explains how we pack, dispatch and deliver orders placed on this store, operated by Indomitra Farm Products Pvt Ltd ("Mitra", "we", "us").

Where we deliver

We currently deliver across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, you will be told at checkout before any payment is taken.

Order processing

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day. During festival periods and sale events, processing may take an additional day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery normally takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. Remote and non-metro PIN codes may take longer. These timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge applicable to your order is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. No further shipping charges are added after an order is placed.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your parcel is dispatched. You can also sign in to your account on this store to see the status of every order you have placed.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, the recipient was unreachable, or delivery was repeatedly refused, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Delays outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, strikes, weather, natural events or government restrictions. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will follow it up with the courier on your behalf.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, opened or leaking, please refuse delivery where possible and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the parcel and the product. See our Returns & Refunds policy for how these cases are resolved.
